Dr. Mueller has been working with clients since 2011. She specialized in anxiety, grief, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, spirituality, and sexuality. Currently, Dr. Mueller works with adults and couples in private practice. She incorporates her existential lens of searching for purpose and meaning integrated with CBT techniques. She graduated from Loyola University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health in Counseling and a Master of Pastoral Studies. In 2018 she completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling Education and Supervision from the University of New Orleans. Her research interests include burnout of pre-licensed counselors. She has also taught Masters counseling courses in Theory, Research and Statistics, Assessment, and Ethics.
